To automate data EDAC created an AML that uses the ESRI ARC/INFO
tigerarc command sequence. Attributes of name, population, housing
units, land area, water area, latitude and longitude were obtained
from the U.S. Census Bureau, TIGER/Line Web site in March 1997.
